Yes, i know there have been some problems over the past two days and I am extremely sorry. Yesterday the hard drive failed on the main server and we had to have it replaced and completely rebuild the server from backups. Today, just as we were getting everything back to normal, the datacenter that host our servers misunderstood an email and reinstalled the entire server without our permission so again we had to restore backups from this morning.
I fully agree that this downtime is unacceptable and again, I sincerely apologise. I have already credited your account with a month's hosting so that next month is free. If however you want to cancel your account, I will completely understand and I will refund the charge to your credit card instead.
