Apple has told at least one customer that any purple halos found in photos taken on the company's iPhone 5 are considered normal and due to the angling of the device.
Gizmodo today posts what it says is a reply from an AppleCare support representative named Debby to an iPhone 5 owner who called the company complaining about the issue.
"Our engineering team just gave me this information and we recommend that you angle the camera away from the bright light source when taking pictures," AppleCare rep Debby writes in an e-mail. "The purple flare in the image provided is considered normal behavior for iPhone 5's camera."
The issue in question is a purple color that typically shows up on the edges of photos when a light source is immediately nearby, though can occur even when the light is off frame. It can also affect both photos and videos.

Apple has reportedly responded to at least one complaint about the scratches and chips being discovered on the iPhone 5.
"Any aluminum product may scratch or chip with use, exposing its natural silver color," Apple Senior Marketing VP Phil Schiller said in an e-mail, according to 9to5Mac. "That is normal."
Schiller apparently made the comment in an e-mail sent in response to iPhone 5 user "Alex." E-mailing Schiller that he loves his new iPhone, Alex asked about the scuffs, scratches, and marks appearing around the band and wondered if Apple had plans to fix the problem. Schiller's e-mail was received and its headers reportedly verified by 9to5Mac to authenticate the Apple VP as the source.
Soon after the iPhone 5 went on sale last Friday, users started filling up discussion forums and social networks with reports of scratches and nicks on their brand-new phones. People say they've noticed the defects around the aluminum band surrounding the phone, with the issue more visible on the black version of the new iPhone.

Já descarreguei a APP, introduzi os dados com que me registei e quando tento ligar ao hotspot, aquilo fica a moer e não liga nada...

hum estranho, eu nunca tive dificuldade com isso (mas nunca usei nada da Zon), pode ser bug da app no telemovel. ja experimentast o classico desinstalar a app e instalar de novo?

Come on! Isso é como o básico reiniciar no Windows quando algo não funciona. ;P mas também me parece ser bug da app e não problema do telemóvel em si.
